About LPS Mayfair
LPS Mayfair is an independent day school for boys and girls aged 11 to 18. It’s a small school, located in the heart of London. It was previously known as Eaton Square Senior School but will be known as LPS Mayfair from September 2024.
One of the school’s mottos is ‘Great minds set free’. LPS Mayfair offers extensive support for all students to achieve their fullest potential. LPS Mayfair students consistently achieve high grades at GCSE and A Level. While grades are important, the school is most interested in ‘the extent to which each student realises their ambitions and perceived potential’.
The school has a broad curriculum. LPS Mayfair regularly reviews the curriculum based on feedback from students and parents. This creates an adaptive and dynamic environment. LPS is also known for its forward-thinking approach, with initiatives such as a TEDx-licensed public speaking programme and Preparation for Life lessons. The school is committed to environmental education and has earned ‘Eco-School’ status.
Being in the heart of London means that the school is well-connected with the rest of the country and beyond. Bus and train routes are readily accessible from the school. London Heathrow airport can be reached within an hour, while London Gatwick and London City are also readily accessible.
