These Terms and Conditions tell you the rules of the prize draw on the Atom Learning GCSE platform.

1. Promoter
This prize draw is operated by Atom Learning Limited (Company no. 10867907) of Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HN ("Atom Learning", "we", "us"). These terms govern participation in the Atom Learning GCSE Referral Prize Draw ("the Draw").

‍2. Eligibility
2.1 The Draw is open to all current Atom Learning GCSE subscribers residing in the United Kingdom ("the Referrer"), regardless of plan tier. 2.2 Employees of Atom Learning and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Participants under the age of 18 may be entered into the Draw, but any prize awarded to an entrant under 18 must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

‍3. How to Enter
3.1 To receive an entry into a monthly Draw, a Referrer must share their unique referral link with a friend, and that friend must:

You are a consumer if: you are an individual; or you are buying products from us wholly or mainly for your personal use (not for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession).

3.2 The Referrer will receive one entry into the Draw for the calendar month in which their referred friend completes the above ("a Qualifying Referral").
3.3 Each additional Qualifying Referral made within the same calendar month will earn the Referrer one additional entry into that month's Draw.
3.4 Entries do not carry over between months. Each monthly Draw starts with a clean entry count. 3.5 There is no purchase necessary to participate beyond holding an active GCSE subscription.

‍4. Entry Period
Each Draw covers a single calendar month. Entries are counted based on the date the referred friend completes their first question, as recorded by Atom Learning's systems.

‍5. The Prize
5.1 The prize for each monthly Draw will be stated on the referral page and is subject to change each month.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control.

‍6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the close of each monthly entry period.
6.2 The Draw will take place in the first working week of the following month.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email to the address associated with their Atom Learning account.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, their prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.

‍7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 Winners must provide any information reasonably required by Atom Learning to process and deliver the prize.
7.2 Where the winner is under 18, the prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to confirm their consent before the prize is awarded.

‍8. Misuse and Disqualification
8.1 Atom Learning reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and withhold any prize where we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of the referral scheme. This includes, but is not limited to, artificial inflation of entries through bulk or coordinated referrals, use of fake or duplicate accounts, or any other activity we consider contrary to the spirit of the scheme. Atom Learning's decisions in this regard are final and made at our sole discretion.

‍9. Data
Personal data collected in connection with this Draw will be processed in accordance with Atom Learning's Privacy Policy, available at atomlearning.com/privacy. By participating, entrants confirm they have read and understood this policy.

‍10. General
10.1 Atom Learning reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Draw at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
10.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or English courts.
10.3 Participation in the Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
